Aryn and I are headed to girls camp in about 6 hours. I'm thrilled things worked out so that I'm able to go this year. I always had such a fun and spiritually uplifting time at girls camp and I look forward to sharing this year's experience with Aryn. It is Aryn's first year at girls camp. We've already enjoyed shopping and packing together, getting more and more excited to go. Which brings me to the project.
I made another project on the cheap. This time it only cost me $1, well, $2 because I made two!
Aryn and I needed little backpacks to tote around our flashlights, bug spray, and other camping essentials. I found these sport backpacks in the Target $1 spot, one of my favorite spots ever. We used scrap fabric, stiched it to the front. Then we added names or initials with good old black puff paint, and I mean old, I was surprised it wasn't dried up! Totally better than just a plain backpack, right?
Happy Camping!
