A few mornings ago as I was taking the older kids to school we started playing I Spy animals to entertain Jordan who was not happy about being dragged from her warm bed just to take the kids to school. In our 20 minute round trip we spied...horses, donkeys, goats, lamas, an emu, a really fat pig, ducks, another goat, and lots and lots of cows. I thought, "Wow! We DO live in the country."
P.S. This tractor is abandoned on the side of the road that we travel almost daily. Another tell-tale sign I live in the country, lol. I have always wanted to stop and take a few photos but we are usually in a hurry. A few days ago it was just me and Gavin on the way home from his doctor's appointment so I decided to stop. I love the bright rust color against the tall green grass and blue sky.

Just yesterday, George pointed out a really old tractor (with weeds almost as high as the tractor) to me and said he really wants one!
I LOVE this photo. There's just somthing in a southern girl that loves old rusty tractors. Glad you stopped to take the picture.
LOVE this photo! It brings back some good ol livin' in the country memories! I wish we were more in the country!
