What's Cookin'?

We had these cute little taco bowls last night.
Photobucket
What You Need :
flour tortillas
ground beef or shredded chicken
taco or fajita seasoning
salsa
shredded cheese
chopped lettuce
chopped tomatoes
sour cream
Make It :
Heat oven to 350°F. Microwave tortillas on HIGH 30 sec. Press 1 tortilla into each muffin cup. Carefully fold back edges of tortillas, leaving an opening in center of each for filling. Bake 10 min.
Meanwhile, brown meat in large skillet; drain. Add seasoning (taco or fajita) and follow usual directions for making taco beef or chicken. Spoon into tortilla bowls; top with remaining ingredients.

I used the chicken fajita version and it turned out great. The kids loved having the little bowls sitting on their plates and adding the toppings they liked all by themselves. It was a great way to spice up (wink) our usual taco dinner.
