THURSDAY we went to a carnival at Aryn's school. We had so much fun!
They had plenty of rides for all ages so all of the kids were able to really enjoy the carnival.
Gavin was excited to be tall enough for every ride...
Of course, we had to have cotton candy...
...and I bought myself a funnel cake as a little birthday treat.
FRIDAY we had dinner at Chili's to celebrate my birthday. When we pulled up to our house the yard was FULL of cars. My thoughtful husband had planned a surprise party! My home was packed with family and friends, plus the phone kept ringing with friends on the other end calling as part of the surprise. John had emailed them so they could call during my party. I'm such a lucky girl..I mean old lady. LOL!
SATURDAY the same friends that were at my surprise party came back over for my Stampin' Up party that I planned (of course, not knowing of John's surprise) to celebrate my 30th. We had a great time chatting and creating.
What a wonderful weekend of fun celebrating ME!
